I’ve been running since middle school as a competitive sprinter. After college, I started running distance and in 2018 did my first half marathon. I also coach high school cross country. I say all this to show no matter how experienced of a runner you are, you can benefit from working with Sam. I started in February with a goal to break 1:50 in the half marathon. I loved the ease of looking at my plan and doing the scheduled runs without having to think or plan. The runs were tailored specifically to me and adjusted as I need them to feel my best and allow my body time to recover as I have a diagnosed autoimmune disorder. With Sam's support and coaching, I beat my best half marathon time by 10 minutes! A month later, I ran Broad Street and PR’d by 4 minutes!
